It is so hard to park in the city! Do you have parking?
-you are in luck babe! We have our own parking lot attached to the side of our storefront! Opposite the bridge side.
Do you have a return policy?
-Yes! we hope everyone loves their purchases but understand things do not always work out. Returns can be taken up to 14 days after purchase for store credit only.
How do I make an online return?
-we are sorry something didn't work out! Just email us or call our store phone and we will send you a return label to send back the item! You will then receive store credit upon arrival of the item in the store.
I have a gift card! How can I use it?
-YAY! Unfortunately our POS system and Website do not use the same gift cards. Therefore, if you have a physical plastic gift card it needs to be used in store or let us know and we can give you a code to use it online! If you have a gift card that was printed out or emailed to you this was bought online and can be used both in store and online!
Where does the name "Hazel Grey" come from?
-The owner, Kelly Vigliotti, has a sweet pup named Hazel and she is the inspo behind the store name!
